This memorabilia signing is not part of the public event. Even if attending the booksigning, the astronauts will ONLY be signing Alan's book. Other memorabilia must be mailed in prior, to the address at bottom.

WITHOUT OUR ORDER FORMS

Our order forms are designed for ease of use by the staff, astronaut, and accountant. There has been an annoying trend to writing complex instructions on an email, your own paper, even napkins and paper towels.

PLEASE read this before you ask any questions. Some topics might not be covered, but we're a small operation, and we have many pieces to process, get signed to your specifications and get back to the right people. Satisfaction

We have only had a fraction of a percent of complaints with our custom signing service, out of hundreds of wildly satisifed customers. We cannot guarantee your satisfaction with placement, angle or size as we are not in complete control here, but we do our utmost to get it right. Remember, items sent directly to some astronauts can get lost, ignored, damaged, smeared, or otherwise messed up, and you must accept some risk. Sometimes things get missed, or messed, and we make prior arrangements with the astronaut to expect this, and to expect one or two mailings of make-ups. People who complain too loudly or irrationally may be removed from future participation in our signings.

Discounts

There is a 20% for each item signed by both Bean and Gordon. This is not a blanket discount, but a per item discount.

Photos & Books

Unsigned books can be ordered online HERE. Unsigned photos (were) available HERE. You can also order one of the CONRAD signed pieces and have Bean & Gordon finish out the mission. You can also use our SEARCH to seek out posters or other relevant art to have signed.

5 Item Maximum

There is a five item limit, unless other arrangements are made. This signing is meant for collectors. No duplicate items.

Shipping

Shipping is included with the price for flat items under a pound. Boxed items or books must get a quote, include prepaid waybill or include credit card number. We don't normally do business with FEDEX, so if you want your item FEDEXED, include your own prepaid, filled out form.

Liability

The astronauts accept NO liability. In the event of loss of item (hasn't happened yet), or damage, NOVASPACE's liability (not including refund of fees paid) will not exceed $75. If a damaged item can be replaced, redone,or repaired, we will do that. Any damage in shipping will be paid for by shipping insurance (you need to include a value). Surrender and inspection of claimed item is mandatory.

Right of Refusal

Capts. Bean and Gordon reserve the right to refuse to sign your piece. We will make sure you get a refund or aren't charged should this occur. We are clearing unusual or controversial requests through them ahead of time, so we minimize last-minute refusals. These two are pretty easy going, though.

Third Party Authentication

None of the astronauts we have had so far will sign flown items from a third party. This implies endorsement and authentication. Unless it's from the astronaut's own PPK, they are reluctant to sign.

Post-it Notes

We encourage the use of post-it notes to mark locations, ink color, orientation and special instructions in addition to the information you include on the order form. Post-it notes work great on most items, but stick permanently to some inkjet prints, so be careful.

Pens

You can send your own pens, but we do this a lot, so we have every kind of sharpie, fine point, regular on hand, as well as metallic pens in broad or fine point gold or silver. If there's a pen you need to specifically match, send it along.

Deadline

November 5th is the drop-dead deadline. We will start accepting shipments immediately. If you have an unusual item that needs approval, we strongly suggest letting us know early.
