This large giclee on stretched canvas was produced exclusively for Novaspace Galleries. The original was also on stretched canvas. This is another image that was a much smaller limited edition lithograph, but we are "assuming the balance" of the remaining edition (about 150 remain) as a full size giclee, returning the scope and punch of the original painting, that the small litho lacked, although one of our top sellers.

Amalthea, an inner moon of Jupiter, is probably a captured asteroid. It has a commanding view of the planet, with Jupiter spanning over 45 degrees of the sky. This is the equivalent of 90 full moons from Earth. Even with your back turned to Jupiter, you would still feel The Presence.
