LINE OF FIRE

Show Print Only

by Kim Poor

Show Framed

Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9, which was actually a string of 20 or more comets, impacted the planet Jupiter in July of 1994. The comet/asteroid had previously passed too close to Jupiter, was torn apart by its gravity, and trapped in a fatal orbit which carried the fragments into the Southern Hemisphere over the course of a week.

750 of these are signed by artist KIM POOR and comet co-discoverer DAVID LEVY.

Also available unsigned.
