Payment Terms

Novaspace can now extend payment terms for those items over $500. We have two options: Layaway, and Automatic Payments.

Layaway

In our layaway option the first payment of at least 1/3 down due at the time of the layaway. 2/3 of the total amount must be paid by 30 days, and the layaway must be paid in full in 60 days. Payments can be made at anytime. The merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of the last payment.

LAYAWAY POLICIES

1. There is no interest charge on layaways.
2. Layaways are not refundable. Credit or exchange only.
3. In the event of a sudden price increase in the item (i.e. death of artist, etc.) Past due layaways may be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of the gallery.

Automatic Time Payments

Automatic payments are those deducted from your credit card. The advantage is that you can take posession of the art immediately. We require 1/3 or more of the purchase price down, with two to three additional payments at monthly intervals. Payments may be lengthened somewhat or customized to your particular needs by calling and speaking to a Novaspace account representative (1-800-727-6682).

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT POLICIES

1. There is no interest charge on time payments.
2. You will need to sign a promissory note outlining a payment schedule.
3. You may take posession of the item immediately after returning the promissory note.
4. We reserve the right to refuse credit time payments to new customers.
